The landlord is required to ensure law and order, provide all necessary assistance with accommodation, respect usages of renting rooms and apartments, as well as providing services according to the established categorization.

In order to ensure for you and other guests a pleasant stay, please take care of the room, apartment and inventory using the care of good hosts.

On the day of arrival, “CHECK-IN” is behind the 15.00 pm, check-out “until 10.00 am. Retention of the seat behind the 10.00 hours agrees to pay for another day.

It is not allowed to disrupt the peace and order from 23.00 to 09.00 hours.

Domestic animals are not allowed.

Visits are not allowed, nor Hosting other guests, except those who reside in the room or apartment.

Please do not take away things from the room or the apartment (towels, bed linen, blankets), chairs and tables from the living room on the terraces and balconies and exhibit them to the sun and rain.

If you decide to quit your contracted vacation early, you are obliged to pay for the entire reservation stay.

Upon your departure you are abliged to invite the hosts to review apartment, as well as to compensate for possible damage to equipment and inventory.
